Do you make New Year's resolutions? Having trouble deciding? Here are some suggestions. See if you want to pick one of these.


Take up Nordic walking. Do more Nordic walking. Improve your Nordic walking technique. Buy new Nordic walking poles. Join or start a Nordic walking club. Do Nordic walking or some other exercise every day.


I don't recommend the most popular resolution: lose weight. Eat right and exercise regularly, and that will take care of itself.
